Responsibilities
- Define the business analysis needs and configuration specifications.
- Execute quality control
- Define the needs for reporting and alerting
- Own and cultivate partnerships with others, working together to improve and maximise our integration.
- aid in system process design, documentation, and maintenance
- Inform the product team of common sources of technical issues or questions and offer suggestions.
- Share significant discoveries and insights with the product team.
- Always be on the lookout for ways to enhance monitoring, identify problems, and provide the client with more value
Qualifications & Skills
- Any graduate or B.Tech.
- a track record of success as a technical business analyst
- strong business process, business structure, and product design skills,
- Project blueprints, Executive Summaries, and Detailed Functional Design basic programming language proficiency
- Technical proficiency in Java, C++, MySQL, XML, HTML, Android, and iOS
- strong communication abilities
- keen perception and aptitude for learning new things
